Training

Just to give you an idea of the training regime as it currently stands, here is one week’s worth:

Monday

- 60 minutes cardio

- 3 x 3000m rowing ergs

Tuesday

- 90 minutes core strength and weights

- 60 minutes cardio

Wednesday

- 60 minutes cardio

- 30 minutes weights

-30 minutes kickboxing

Thursday

- 60 minutes cardio

- 120 minutes weights

Friday

-45 minutes cardio

- 6 x 750m rowing ergs

Saturday

- 120 minutes river training

Sunday

- 60 minutes river training

- 2500m rowing race
